Configure Form Placement and Allowed Domains

Use placement and domain controls to secure where your embed can run.

How to do it:

1. Open your Form from the `Dashboard`.
2. Open the `Embed` tab from left side bar.
3. Choose the embed format that best fits your needs.
4. Copy the generated code snippet.
5. Paste the code into your website where you want the form to appear.

Note:
Embeds are blocked on domains that are not allow listed.
