ScriptEvolve Private Limited and its services, including SmartFormify, shall not be responsible or liable for missed, delayed, failed, incomplete, duplicated, or undelivered leads or form submissions; temporary downtime; server interruptions; platform unavailability; loss of business opportunities, revenue, customers, profits, or data resulting from service interruptions or technical issues; or failures caused by third-party providers, integrations, hosting services, email providers, internet service providers, browsers, devices, or external systems.
You are responsible for monitoring your forms, reviewing submissions, maintaining backups where necessary, and implementing any additional workflows or safeguards appropriate for your business operations.
9. Limitation of Liability
