Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are handled on SmartFormify. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Plans

    Paid plans are offered as monthly or yearly subscriptions, based on the plan and billing cycle you choose.

2. Billing

    Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the monthly or yearly billing cycle selected at checkout.

    Billing occurs at the time you purchase, upgrade, or renew a paid plan.

3. Cancellation

    You may cancel a paid subscription at any time to prevent renewal for the next billing cycle.

    If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

    Your first paid monthly or yearly subscription includes a 30-day money-back guarantee from the initial paid purchase date. The guarantee does not restart on later renewals, billing cycles, plan changes, or cancellations after long-term use. Eligibility may depend on account usage, policy checks, and whether the request relates to a technical issue on our side.

    Approved refunds are full refunds only, processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. We do not provide partial refunds, credits for unused time, or credits for unused features.

    Cancellation and refund processing are separate. If your subscription is active, it must be cancelled first so future billing stops; a refund request alone does not cancel the subscription.

    A payment reversal, chargeback, or lost payment dispute is different from a voluntary refund and may result in immediate subscription closure or access removal.

    Add-ons or customizations purchased through SmartFormify are non-refundable.

    To request a refund, submit the refund form at https://www.smartformify.com/refund.

5. How to Cancel a Subscription

    Log in to your SmartFormify account.

    Go to the Billing or Subscription section.

    Select "Cancel Subscription" and follow the on-screen steps.
