Configure the Identifier Column

Identifiers make response lists easier to scan by showing meaningful field values.

How to do it:

1. Open your Form from the `Dashboard`.
2. Go to `Settings` in the left sidebar.
3. Open Response Identifier from the settings menu.
4. In the Response Identifier dropdown, select the form fields you want to use as identifiers.
5. Click Save to apply the configuration.
6. Open the Responses section to review the identifier values displayed for each submission.

Note:
You can configure up to 10 fields as response identifiers. These fields will appear in the responses list to help you quickly identify each submission.
