Configure Response Identifier Fields

Response identifiers improve list readability by showing key values for each submission.

How to do it:

1. Log in to your SmartFormify account.
2. From the Dashboard, select the form for which you want configure Response Identifier.
3. Click the “Settings” menu in the form builder’s left sidebar.
4. Select “Response Identifier” from the settings page.
5. Select up to 10 fields as response identifiers to easily recognize each submission.
6. Last, click the "Save" button.

Note:
The following fields can be used as response identifiers: Short Text, Dropdown, Multiple Selection, Single Choice, Yes/No, Number, Quantity, Amount, Email, Phone Number, Full Name, Address, Opinion Scale, Star Rating, Ranking, Date, Time, Product.
