Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime by following the steps below.

How to do it:

1. Log in to your SmartFormify Dashboard.
2. On the dashboard header, click the User Menu dropdown.
3. Choose the “My Subscription” option.
4. Click Cancel Subscription button under the current subscription section.
5. Review the downgrade notice and limits.
6. Select the forms you want to keep.
7. Confirm the checkbox “Yes, I understand and want to proceed.”
8. Click Delete overused data and cancel subscription.

Note:

If you decide to cancel your subscription, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. Forms exceeding the free plan limit will be permanently deleted. Deleting forms will also remove:

• Form submissions
• Uploaded files
• Associated data

This action cannot be undone.
