Use Submission Restriction to stop accepting new responses once a defined submission limit is reached.

How to do it:

  1. Open your Form from the Dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings → Submission Restriction.
  3. Enable Submission Restriction.
  4. Set the Submission Limit by selecting the maximum number of responses allowed.
  5. Under Action After Limit, choose what should happen when the limit is reached: (Show Content, Redirect to URL).
  6. If you choose Show Content, enter your message in Limit Reached Content.
  7. If you choose Redirect to URL, enter your Redirect URL.
  8. (Optional) Add Buttons by clicking Add Button, then provide Label and URL.
  9. Click Save button and test the form to confirm the restriction works as expected.

Note:

Once the submission limit is reached, the form will stop accepting new responses and apply the selected action.
